Yes, you would need to make an appointment. We allocate 45 minutes labour for our standard diagnostics appointment. We would request that you plan this where by you can leave your car with us for a morning or afternoon.

Yes, subject to availability we can provide you with a car free of charge whilst your vehicle is with us being repaired.

If you have had a repair, it is 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first on parts replaced in your transmission. If it has been fully reconditioned it is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Should you not have any roadside assistance, we can of course help arrange a competitively priced prompt recovery for you.

On average we endeavour to work on a 2 day turnaround for manual gearboxes and 4 days for automatics. For classic cars/Imports it is often slightly longer. Should you not have any roadside assistance, we can of course help arrange a competitively priced prompt recovery for you.

We are able to give guides to costings over the phone in many instances, though for automatics and more unusual vehicles/symptoms often an exploratory diagnostics is required initially. This is beneficial for both parties. It enables us to verify that the symptoms are due to an area within our expertise, additionally we can often give valuable information and eliminate.
